Campbell Property Services (CPS) is a real estate brokerage firm located in Houston, Texas. It was founded by its three principals - Chris Lantz, Gerald Teel, and Tim Treadway. It was established in 2001 and through its merger with Yvonne Lantz and Lantz & Associates, it has a strong presence in eastern Harris County.
The principals of CPS have a long background in real estate consulting and valuation. The firm is affiliated with The Gerald A. Teel Company, a real estate consulting and valuation firm that has valued a wide range properties in most states in the country. The Gerald A. Teel Company also has its main office in Houston. With 15 full-time experienced consultants, this company provides invaluable research and insight to the consultants at Campbell Property.

- Databases for all property types including retail, industrial, office with sales and rents. Each database has well over 2,000 entries.
These databases allow for the evaluation of properties to determine probable sale prices and marketing times. We offer our clients the benefit of this data as part of our pre marketing package and are able to provide our clients with a pricing estimate, being for acquisition or disposition, that is reasonable based on the most current and accurate data available.
