Chris Lantz entered in the real state industry as a real estate appraiser in 1990. He currently holds a real estate general appraiser certification in four states, as well as a real estate salesperson license in Texas. He has provided consulting and valuation services on a wide range of properties throughout the United States. He has been involved in leasing and selling property since 2001, when he established Campbell Property Services with Tim Treadway and Gerald Teel. Chris has been active in the North Channel market of Houston with brokerage and development. Mr. Lantz has advised several doctors in this area with regard to their real estate needs, and is developing a retail center on Normandy Road.
Tim N. Treadway, MAI, CCIM

Mr. Treadway has experience in building homes, developing retail properties and tenant representation. He is HUD certified and has substantial experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties, Section 8 Housing, and a variety of HUD loan programs such as the 223(f), 221(d)4, and 207(m). He also consults in the feasibility of apartments, with additional experience appraising subdivisions, large or small-scale retail, and office buildings.
Yvonne Lantz

Yvonne Lantz began her commercial real estate career in 1982 when she joined Bob Seale Real Estate in eastern Harris County. She then joined C.C. Smitherman in 1987 and handled the leasing for the Atrium 10 Tower, along the East Freeway. Yvonne then established Lantz & Associates real estate in 1995, until she merged with Campbell Property Services in 2002. Ms. Lantz has been active in the North Channel community since the 1970's, serving the YMCA, North Channel Chamber of Commerce Board of Director, Woodforest Civic Association, and the San Jacinto College Economic Development Committee, Eastway General Hospital Board of Directors. Yvonne is presently on the Board of Directors for Northgate Water Crossing 21 and has previously served on the Ethics Committee for the Pasadena realtors Association. Yvonne's professional career includes brokering a wide range of properties, including Oak Town Apartments, Atrium 10 Tower office building, and Sheldon Square retail center to name only a few. Yvonne was also a partner in the development of Woodforest Village, a retail and office complex constructed in the 1980's along Woodforest Boulevard.
Gerald A. Teel, MAI, CRE, SGA
Gerald Teel graduated from Texas A& M University in 1967 and then became a pilot in the U. S. Air Force until 1972. He began his real estate career in Houston at that time and has more than thirty years experience in appraisal and brokerage work. Mr. Teel holds the MAI, SRPA and CRE designations. His past professional Officer Positions in the Appraisal Institute have included a member of the Board of Directors for more than 6 years, a member of the Executive Committee and chairman of the Government Relations Committee in Washington D.C., past President of local Houston Chapters of the Appraisal Institute and Society of Real Estate Appraisers. In addition, Mr. Teel has been a past president of the Gulf Coast Chapter of The Counselors of Real Estate and chairman of the Commercial Investment Division for the Houston Board of Realtors.
Mr. Teel has been an Instructor in Appraisal Institute courses for Capitalization Theory and Techniques for more than 20 years and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice for more than 10 years. He has served as an expert witness in various courts in more than 7 states. He is currently president of the Gerald A. Teel Company and coordinates the appraisals on all types of development projects, including golf courses and health care facilities as well as multi-family properties and vacant land. The Gerald A. Teel Company completes appraisals on more than 350 properties throughout the South and Southwest United States on an annual basis.
Mr. Teel also serves on the Board of Directors for Faith In Practice, a medical mission to Guatemala, the Brazos Valley Bank in College Station and the Hudson Forest Home Owners Association.
